Foods That Cause Heartburn

One final point is that don't put too much pressure on your stomach by wearing clothes that are tight fitting. When something pushes with your stomach it forces the acid to travel upwards. This is why so many women who are pregnant endure acid problems, because of the weight of the baby quite possibly carrying.
